首先代表青埔國小全體師生及所有雙語團隊教師們，歡迎各位家長及您的寶貝加入桃園市雙語創新教學計畫。英語是世界共通的語言，期盼透過這個雙語創新教學計畫，開啟孩子通往未來國際視野的路。
本校雙語團隊在課堂上的教學活動，主要設計以遊戲、韻文、繪本、小組活動、圖畫、操作等方式交叉進行，提供孩子大量接觸英語的機會，鼓勵孩子自然而然開口說英文；而孩子在學習雙語的過程中，家長的陪伴和鼓勵，也扮演著決定孩子雙語發展關鍵的一步。
因此，為了讓孩子返家後能延續雙語學習的氛圍，在此邀請家長一起透過以下方式，同步陪伴孩子學習，您也可參考本校訂購之雙語相關教材及本校雙語創新教學網頁，輔助孩子在家複習：
學習第二外語需要時間累積和耐心經營，老師及家長多方支援配合，不讓孩子進行強迫式背誦，而是自然而然把學習語言當作一種興趣，是我們雙語教學努力的目標喲！

First of all, welcome to join the Taoyuan City Bilingual Innovative Teaching Program. English is the common language of the world. We hope that children will be able to open their way to the future international vision through this program.
The teaching activities in the classroom are mainly designed to be carried out in the form of games, rhymes, picture books, group activities, pictures, operations, etc., to provide children with a lot of opportunities to contact English, and to encourage children to speak English naturally. Encouragement from parents also plays a key step in determining the bilingual development of children while learning bilingualism.
Therefore, in order to continue the atmosphere of Bilingual learning after school, parents can accompany study together with children. You can also refer to the bilingual related textbook or CD ordered by our school and assist children in reviewing at home :
We hope you can take advantage of the trivial time before going to bed, while driving or other activities at home. You can listen to an English story or read an English picture book with your child. Spending a small amount of time every day to learn will develop a good habit of persevering in language learning.
You can find opportunities to practice sentences in daily life with your child at home, such as: May I go to the bathroom? Or greetings, etc., so that children can naturally speak English in a practical environment. Or search and play Youtube rhyme songs, and let the children do the actions and sing along with the video, which can deepen the children's impression of English.
Our teaching method is to guide children to observe, guess and reason about the meaning of English words through interesting activities, and learn by doing. If your situation allows, you can practice the sentence patterns and dialogues that have been taught while playing games with your children.
It requires time to learn a second foreign language. Parents should support and cooperate with teachers in various ways. We hope that children will not be forced to recite. Let children naturally take language learning as an interest, which is the goal of our bilingual teaching efforts!
